Returns:

Returns must be shipped at your own expense within 20 days of receiving your order. 

If you need to return your swimwear for any reason, please email us immediately for assistance before you make the return.

All returns will be provided with a store credit with no expiration date upon your items return.  Once we receive your return, please give us 2-3 business days to inspect your return and email you your store credit.

We are not responsible for any lost shipments and custom fees for international returns.

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.

JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE.

Any items that are marked down/in our clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned, no exceptions.

If you choose to send these final sale item(s) back to us, we will not be issuing you a credit and are not responsible for shipping the item(s) back to you.  

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or if we are responsible for shipping out an incorrect product. If this is the case, please email us immediately upon receiving your order at contact@crybaby.com along with your order number, so we can assist you.

Return Requirements/Terms & Conditions
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • All tags must be attached and in original packaging.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, we do not accept products with makeup marks, deodorant marks, stains, and/or smell of perfume. Cry Baby has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.
  • Must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept late returns under no circumstances.
  • All items under clearance/marked down prices are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer, this cost will not be reimbursed. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We're not responsible for custom fees and lost returns.

 

Exchanges: 

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do NOT do exchanges. Returns for store credit only, then you may reorder the correct item/size. We strongly urge you to order before or as soon as you return it, since styles and sizes sell out quickly and we don't always restock products.




Shipping

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders within 3 business days. During peak season, processing times will be higher.

Shipping to Canada usually take up to 10 business days to arrive and other international orders usually take up to 15 days, however some areas could take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide!

Will there be customs fees for international orders?

Yes. Customs and duties are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they are not included at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs start at $6 and can go up depending how fast you need the package and where you're located.

The best way to view our rates is to go through the checkout process and fill in your address to see what options there are. Payment info is not needed to find out your rates. We offer free shipping over $100 (applies to U.S only.)

What is your shipping courier?

We currently ship with USPS.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

If you don't like your item, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order for store credit. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not accept exchanges.

All sale items (anything that has a mark down) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Can I return items when I've used a promo code on them?

If you've used a promo code on a full priced item, yes. As long as they are not already marked down prices/under our sale section & if we specifically state that you cannot under our special sales, for example 40% & 50% OFF sales are usually final sale.

How should I care for my Cry Baby clothes?

We highly recommend washing on cold & hang dry or dry on low, not only for the environment but to maintain your Cry Baby clothing for a lifetime.

Will you ever restock certain items?

Almost everything that we release is a one time release. We usually do not restock our older items unless they are in extremely high demand. Please let us know on our instagram or contact us if there is an item you are really interested in, we will do our best to accommodate restocks.

Where are your items made? How sustainable is Cry Baby?

Due to our unique designs and fabrics we offer, we've made it our choice to produce everything overseas in Guangdong, China. Unlike other factories, we've spent over a year finding the perfect factory to work with that holds meticulous standards to ensure that it provides employees with fair wages and work time, operates efficiently, and includes a positive work environment. We have never and will never use sweatshops. We have a great relationship with our  factory to create the best designs for you guys as well as making sure everyone has a positive workplace. 

While apparel as a whole isn't entirely sustainable, we make sure to always select organic cotton as much as we can as well as use recycled fabric when we can. We also choose the higher quality fabrics to ensure durability and less consumption. Our packaging is made from 100% recycled material and we encourage to you recycle them every time as well. We are constantly working on more initiatives to become more sustainable every day. If you have any tips, questions or concerns, or would like to know more, please feel free to reach out to us.

Orders

Can I alter or cancel my order?

Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double check and make sure everything is correct when clicking the check out button.

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.

My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it?

First - please check that the shipping address that you checked out with matches your current location. Second - check with your neighbors to make sure that they didn't receive it by mistake. Most of the time packages are marked delivered before they actually are, so give it a 1-2 days for it to arrive. 

We are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, however if you still do not receive it, send us an email to contact@crybaby.com and we will try our best to help track down the package.
