Shipping
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping to Canada typically takes up to 10 business days, while other international orders can take up to 15 days, though some areas may take longer.

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Will there be customs fee for international orders?
Shipping times vary by location. Customs and duties are the purchaser's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs start at $4 and vary based on product weight, delivery speed, and location.
The best way to view rates is to enter your address during checkout—no payment information is required to see your options.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $200 (U.S. only).
Orders
Can I alter or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all details before clicking the checkout button.
All gift cards, discounted items, and orders placed with a promo code of 30% off or more are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.
My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it!
First, verify that the shipping address you provided matches your current location. Second, check with your neighbors to see if they received the package by mistake. Packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they actually arrive, so please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our fulfillment center. If you still do not receive your package, please email us at contact@crybaby.com, and we will do our best to help track it down.
Returns
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Due to our fast stock turnover, we do not offer exchanges. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, including items with a "compare at" price and those purchased with a promo code of 30% or more.

Can I return items when I've used a promo code on them?
Yes, if you've used a promo code on a full-priced item, it can still be returned, provided it is not already marked down or part of our sale section, and the discount is not over 30%.

How should I care for my Cry Baby clothes?
We highly recommend washing on cold and hanging to dry or using a low-heat dryer—not only to benefit the environment but also to keep your Cry Baby clothing lasting a lifetime. Plus, a clothesline is so aesthetic.
Will you ever restock certain items?
Almost everything we release is limited edition. We typically don't restock older items unless there's significant demand. If there's a piece you're really interested in, feel free to reach out via Instagram or contact us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate restocks.
Where are your items made? How sustainable is Cry Baby?
Due to the unique designs and fabrics we offer, we've chosen to produce everything overseas in Guangdong, China. Unlike many factories, we spent over a year finding the perfect partner that meets meticulous standards, ensuring fair wages, reasonable work hours, efficient operations, and a positive work environment. We have never and will never use sweatshops. Our strong relationship with the factory allows us to create the best designs for you while prioritizing the well-being of everyone involved..
While apparel as a whole isn't entirely sustainable, we strive to select organic cotton and recycled fabrics whenever possible. We also choose higher-quality materials to ensure durability and reduce consumption. Our packaging is made from 100% recycled materials, and we encourage you to recycle them as well.
