Vitamins and supplements have been trendier than usual as of late, with influencers and bloggers promoting various gummies and powders to enrich your health and give you all the nutrients you may be lacking. While some may be a complete hoax, there are vitamins out there that are truly beneficial and will keep you in good health! Below are vitamins that will help individual aspects of your overall health and wellness that you may want to consider implementing in your daily routines.


  1. The Good Ol’ Multivitamin

Different multivitamins serve different purposes, so make sure you’re getting one that will benefit you best. There are particular ones for energy, muscle, metabolism, and bone health. There are some for those who lack fruits and vegetables in their diet. There are some to assist with digestive health. Think about the aspects of your health that you should improve and make it easier by taking a multivitamin each morning. (They’re usually yummy flavors, too).


  1. The Importance of Vitamin C

Vitamin C works to strengthen your immune system and give you the minerals you need, which can help you feel better when sick. Specifically, Emergen-C has all kinds of packets to aid your specific need, from energy to probiotics, as well as protein supplements and sleep aid. 


  1. What Does Iron Do?

But, what does iron even do? Iron is vital to your health. It creates energy from nutrients, it helps with the transmission of your nerve impulses, and it aids red blood cells in transporting the oxygen from your lungs to the tissues and organs in your body. Not everyone will need to take an iron supplement, but here are some reasons why you may want to consider it:

Whether we already get a good intake of them or not, it’s smart to consider getting a physical vitamin to ensure your body is at its best health. Also, if you’re recommended adding these minerals to your skincare routine, it’s best to get them in a form to intake (like a vitamin) instead of a serum you’re simply lathering on your face. Effective change happens from within!
