Diet culture can feel like it is pushed down our throats since we are barely old enough to spell our own names. It can subconsciously affect us into using food as a reward or a major source of guilt, and can lead to wanting to say screw it all - and eat all the junk food you can find. There are a hundred different diets out there telling you what to eat and what not to eat, and none of them seem to line up. It can all be a bit overwhelming, but you don’t need to diet to feel good! One of the best ways to break out of diet culture and really treat your body with the love it deserves is to treat food as medicine from the earth!

People have been using food as medicine since the beginning of civilization! As the weather starts getting colder and we want to make sure we are keeping our body in fighting shape from the flu and coronavirus, focusing on eating immune boosting foods is a must!
