Cry Baby just expanded to Los Angeles with goals to create a strong team and is seeking professional and proactive assistant to support and help the company's founder. This EA will focus on many things alongside the founder to help and grow the company. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely organized, well spoken, have a drive to help something from ground up, be completely positive with ideas and open minded in the startup environment. This EA should have experience using Excel for purchase orders, analytics, research and G Suite for administrative tasks and communication. This EA will focus on helping manage photoshoots, scheduling any new and upcoming meetings, seek any new opportunities that will benefit the company including partnerships such as influencer, celebrity, collaborations, etc., as well as many other daily things that will support Cry Baby and help build the best team we can.

  • Complete projects by assigning work and following up on results
  • Enjoys the early-stage startup environment and imposing order on chaos
  • Maintain the founder’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, phone calls, and travel
  • Plan and oversee occasional events in the office
  • Be prepared to answer and make any phone calls needed
  • Ability to work in and build a team
  • Able to work independently but within strategic framework
  • Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
  • Strong work ethic with a “can do” positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with a laser-focused eye for accuracy, detail and quality
  • Ability to help in any way possible by contributing ideas, plans, presentations, and efforts to grow the company as fast as possible
  • Take pride in maintaining our workplace
  • Other special projects as time permits
  • Ability to handle competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Full mastery of G Suite (mail, calendar, docs, etc)
  • Complete any given tasks the founder gives including any personal needs as well
  • Must have experience working with social media
  • Must have experience and basic knowledge in e-commerce
  • Fast learner, observer and open minded 



  • Previous experience working in an office setting, preferably for an early stage startup
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Willingness to jump in wherever and whenever needed
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct executive support, project management, assistant, branding and/or event planning experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships


    • Can drive/has a car
    • Efficient at email and cell communication as well being a well speaker on the phone
