Yeah it really does, it makes it less oily and more soft too. It’ll take a couple weeks to see a difference, but it does trust me. My aunts doctor told her to drink lots of water because her skin was ‘dehydrated’ and she started drinking 7-9 glasses of water a day, and it made a huge difference in 1-2 months. That’s why models & celebs drink so much water and their skin is gorgeous!
