The best way to find out how much shipping is to your address is to go through the checkout process. During the checkout process, the shipping costs are automatically generated based on the address you enter.
The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time, benefits etc. Compare in our "what are your shipping options" tab!
Our system must verify that the address you enter during checkout is a valid address. If our systems detect an error in your address, your order will be put on hold and we will email you, this could cause a delay during the handling period. Please double check your address during checkout!
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centers. In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you have a tracking number and you see that your order is not moving in its transit to you, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
All claims are customers responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.
Due to our fast paced process and shipping, we can not guarantee we will be able to correct the error immediately, but we would suggest contacting customer service ASAP. If the order is already being shipped, our best solution would be to wait till the package is returned to us on its own and we'll reship it to the correct address.
Yes! You have 14 days starting from the time your tracking number says you received your order. (Please see our Holiday Return Policy as it overrides our standard return policy)
The customer will responsible for shipping to us, we recommend that you use tracking and insured shipping . We will not be held responsible if we receive it damaged or lost. All items must be returned in the same condition which you have received it. Once we receive the package sent to us, we will review the returned items and if approved we will process your refund. We hold the right to refuse any return, therefore please double check to make sure there are no stains, clothing has not been washed and all tags are not removed. If in the event that we do not approve the returned items, you will be notified by email and we will ship the item back to you.
We do not refund original shipping charges. Please allow up to7 days for your refund so show in your account.
All international orders are final sale. Our U.S. policy lasts 20 days. If more than 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached. We hold the right to refuse any returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your refund card or original method of payment, within a few days. RETURNS ACCEPTABLE WITHIN THEUNITED STATES, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REDUCED FROM RETURN AMOUNT, FOLLOW THESE STEPSTO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPPING LABEL.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you're unsatisfied with a product, we would recommend issuing a return within 20 days of your purchase. All international sales and bikinis are final.
If you ever receive an item that has been damaged, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving with a picture of the product and we will take immediate action to either refund you for the item, send you a new one, or if your item happens to be out of stock, pick another item within the price range. All choices you get to decide due to the inconvenience!
Once you have sent out your return, it will most likely take 1-2 weeks for us to receive it and process it. Once it's been fully inspected, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued. It will take about 1-3 days for it to fully go back into your account.
It varies on each item, but most likely, all popular and in demand items will eventually be restocked! To be notified on any items returning to Cry Baby, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media for daily updates. We can't guarantee any item will be restocked.
Most likely, if you can't find an item that was on our Instagram, there is a great possibility it is either sold out or no longer available. Restocking varies on each item, so make sure to be subscribed to our newsletter for updates.
Yes, all our products run true to size, so make sure to check out our size chart here. If you happen to be between any sizes, we would most likely recommend to get the larger one to ensure the fit remains wearable and snug.
