Returns:

Returns must be shipped at your own expense within 20 days of receiving your order. 

If you need to return your swimwear for any reason, please email us immediately for assistance before you make the return.

All returns will be provided with a store credit with no expiration date upon your items return.  Once we receive your return, please give us 2-3 business days to inspect your return and email you your store credit.

We are not responsible for any lost shipments and custom fees for international returns.

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.

JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE.

Any items that are marked down/in our clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned, no exceptions.

If you choose to send these final sale item(s) back to us, we will not be issuing you a credit and are not responsible for shipping the item(s) back to you.  

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or if we are responsible for shipping out an incorrect product. If this is the case, please email us immediately upon receiving your order at contact@crybaby.com along with your order number, so we can assist you.

Return Requirements/Terms & Conditions
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • All tags must be attached and in original packaging.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, we do not accept products with makeup marks, deodorant marks, stains, and/or smell of perfume. Cry Baby has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.
  • Must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept late returns under no circumstances.
  • All items under clearance/marked down prices are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer, this cost will not be reimbursed. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We're not responsible for custom fees and lost returns.

 

Exchanges: 

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do NOT do exchanges. Returns for store credit only, then you may reorder the correct item/size. We strongly urge you to order before or as soon as you return it, since styles and sizes sell out quickly and we don't always restock products.
